This badge can only be earned IF you are a genuine Admin/Moderator. If other Scrovers are claiming to be an admain, but don't have the badge, they are trying to trick you. If in case, that happens, please report the fake admin.
When you report on something truthfully for the first time, you will earn this badge as a "thank you" to making our community safe!
